We believe that the key to effective public programs is a combination of strong, professional management and a commitment to high quality services. Time and again, we have seen that those who care about the people their programs serve are the ones who effectively manage their resources and take stock of their performance. We offer technical and analytic support to such public minded leaders. Integrity, service, and professionalism go together and apply to all the work we do.

Collaboration

 

We highly value and find to be most productive a collaborative relationship with our clients. Our experience has shown that there is no danger of loss of independence in our work when client and evaluator work together. The key is the evaluator’s recognition of the client’s information needs and schedules and the client’s respect for the evaluator’s independence. Such mutually respectful relations are conducive to rewarding results in the form of more effective public programs.

 

Continuous Improvement


Public programs should work well throughout every stage in their life cycle--from policy development, through strategic planning, early startup, day-to-day management, and appraisal of results. In fact, they should get better with each passing stage.  We are skilled in a broad range of analysis and assessment services to cover every facet of a program’s life.
